Rosenberg, Smith, Cooney & Migliore, P.C., (RSCM), Certified Public Accountants, is a leading tax, accounting, and consulting firm serving privately owned small and medium size business enterprises for over 30 years.

RSCM provides a full line of accounting, auditing, bookkeeping, business consulting, litigation, merger and acquisition, payroll and taxation services to individuals and to small and medium size businesses.

We also offer a complete Payroll Service for both our current clients as well as for non-clients. Our Payroll Service allows you to pass on to us the entire task of your payroll processing - from preparing the paychecks... to having the payroll taxes submitted to the taxing authorities... to preparing the quarterly payroll tax reporting forms... to filing the year end W-2s and annual reconciliation. The entire aspect of handling your payroll is our duty.

Our main office is located at 3331 Street Road, Suite 445, Bensalem, Pennsylvania 19020-2047. We also have an office located at 3002-I Lincoln Drive West, Marlton, New Jersey 08053.
